As much as all of us want to stay young it is impossible to stop the natural process of aging. We might be able to slow it down some but in the end we are going to get old and so are all of the systems within our body and the digestive system is not immune to the affects of aging.

No matter how much we try to wish it away, no matter what we try to do to stay young, growing older is simply not going to go away. There's nothing we can do about it and we can't run away from it because in the end it will catch up to us, so there's no sense in even wasting the time and energy to do so. This scares people, but it shouldn't be this way.
